What information do I need to provide in order to get started? 

Once you fill out your contact information we can get started with just some basic information about your property:

How many bedrooms? How many bathrooms? Is there a garage/driveway? Is there a finished basement? What is the overall condition of the property?

I have a mortgage. Does it get paid?


Yes. By law, any mortgage or other liens must be paid off when you sell your house. The balance of the money goes to you.

How do you determine the amount you will pay for a property?

We take many factors into consideration. These factors include the location of the home, age and condition of the property, any needed repairs, selling prices of similar homes and comparables in the area, etc. We have members who are experts at determining the fair market value of your home.


4.

My property needs repairs. will i have a problem selling my property?

No problem at all! Most of the houses we purchase are in need of repairs or updating. We purchase properties AS IS. There is no need for you to do any repairs.
